The Henry Ford Museum Arts & Artifacts Featured Experience

Join Detroit jazz vocalist Olivia Van Goor and pianist Aya Sekine to learn about the powerful women that influenced early jazz. They will perform works from musicians and composers like Mary Lou Williams, Billie Holiday, and Dorothy Fields, filling the gaps that most history books have. The connected artifact today is the 1937 Cord 812 Phaeton Convertible owned by Amelia Earhart.

Museum Plaza Performance at 12:00pm and again at 2:00pm at The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn. The concert is Free with the purchase of a museum admission ticket. The performance will be the same for both sets.
